Construction Logistics Brook St. – Phase 1

• Brook Street Area to receive temporary fencing
• Entrance to ERC will shift to the south entrance or up the stairs on the south side of the courtyard to the main entrance of ERC.
• Brook Street walkway to ERC will close August 1
• Level 1 entrance to Prince Lab will remain open at this time until further notice
• Fire lane will be shut down for tie-in work to street

Construction Logistics Hope St. – Enabling & Fluid Dynamics

• Hope Street parking lot to receive updated Phase 1 temporary fencing
• Traffic pattern to adjust to one way from Brook Street

**Note – Minden Hall work by another CM will also be occurring**

Week of August 3, 2026

• LIDH L01 – Continue installation of sprinkler branch piping throughout level 1
• LIDH L01 – Dual temp. piping removal & replacement
• LIDH L01 – Investigate for low voltage / tel-data branch lines from cable tray
• LIDH South Exterior – Install remainder of site fence at the ERC walkway
• LIDH L02 – Swing space electrical prep, plumbing venting tie-in & floor box work
• LIDH L02 – Select abatement and demolition of air handling units
• LIDH L02 – Build scaffolding and containment for remaining air handling units
• LIDH L02 & L03 – MEP make-safe
• LIDH 129, 130, 131, 134, 135, 137, 138 (Breuer) – Fume hood and equipment start-up and testing
• LIDH 129, 130, 131, 134, 135, 137, 138 (Breuer) – Move in client furniture
• LIDH 129, 130, 131, 134, 135, 137, 138 (Breuer) – Owner occupying space
