Construction Logistics Brook St. – Phase 1
May 2026 – January 2027
- Brook Street Area to receive temporary fencing
- Entrance to ERC will shift to the south entrance or up the stairs on the south side of the courtyard to the main entrance of ERC
- Level 1 entrance to Prince Lab will remain open at this time until further notice
- Fire lane will be shut down for tie-in work to street
Construction Logistics Hope St. – Enabling & Fluid Dynamics
May 2026 – December 2027
- Hope Street parking lot to receive updated Phase 1 temporary fencing
- Traffic pattern to adjust to one way from Brook Street
**Note – Minden Hall work by another CM will also be occurring**

Week of October 5, 2026
•Level 01 – Continue installation of Sprinkler branch piping throughout Level 1
•Level 01 – Investigate for low voltage / tel-data branch lines from cable tray (Caretta, Guduru and Peterson Spaces)
•Level 01 – Fire alarm rework and make safe in restrooms
•Level 01 – Demolish slab and excavate at existing restrooms
•Level 01 – Demolish existing concrete block at duct riser (pending exhaust tie-in OCL walkthrough)
•Level 01 – Relocate MEPs at new elevator location
•Level 01 – Mechanical make-safe in Rooms 106 / 108 (pending Lab Safe Entry Form approval)
•Level 02 – Build fire rated shaft around duct riser
•Level 02 – Continue structural steel at columns
•Level 02 – Form underside of roof vents to be closed up
•Level 03 – Install mezzanine steel and supports
•Roof – Install steel and temporary protection
•Roof – Penthouse demolition above mezzanine steel work
•Exterior – Sawcut brick and CMU at south façade for new window openings

•Level 01 – Continue installation of Sprinkler branch piping throughout Level 1
•Level 01 – Under-slab plumbing re-work at restrooms
•Level 01 – Misc. demolition and make-safe for Material Science Lab and Fluid Dynamics Conference Room buildout
•Level 01 – Excavate and underpin for new elevator pit
•Level 02 – Build fire rated shaft around duct riser
•Level 02 – Continue structural steel beams and columns install
•Level 02 – Form underside of roof vents to be closed up
•Level 03 – Install mezzanine steel and supports
•Roof – Install steel and temporary protection
•Roof – Penthouse demolition above mezzanine steel work
•Exterior – Tooth-in jamb CMU blocking and grout

•Level 01 – Misc. demolition and make-safe for Material Science Lab and Fluid Dynamics Conference Room buildout
•Level 01 – Excavate and underpin for new elevator pit
•Level 03 – Deck / detail / plumb mezzanine steel
•Roof – Misc. roof top prep work for steel and mechanical equipment
•Exterior – Install steel framing at CW openings
