Facilities & Campus Operations is committed to enhancing service quality through ongoing feedback from our campus community. This customer satisfaction initiative helps us identify opportunities for improvement and ensure we’re meeting the needs of faculty and staff with responsive, high-quality support.

Customer Satisfaction Update - April 2025

Since launching our customer service survey in November 2024, Facilities & Campus Operations has been actively gathering feedback to enhance our service quality. The first phase, open to university staff and faculty, has provided valuable insights, with an overall satisfaction score of 4.6 out of 5 and 89.6% of responses falling within the Satisfied or Very Satisfied range. While we are encouraged by these results, we continue to seek additional feedback to address all actionable concerns and improve our services.

To date, our response rate stands at 10.66%, and we appreciate those who have taken the time to share their experiences. Your input allows us to identify trends, resolve recurring issues, and ensure we are meeting the needs of our campus partners. We remain committed to continuous improvement and encourage all recipients of the survey to provide their feedback, helping us refine our processes and deliver the highest standard of service.
