Currently, we employ a combination of quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) methods to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers.
These Methods Include:
Standardized Planon FM Quality Assurance Questionnaire work orders
- Each month, a random sample of work orders from each divisional trade is reviewed for nonconformance issues.
- Examples of nonconformance work order findings can consist of any of the following:

Smart Inspect - Custodial Quality Inspection Software
- Smart Inspect helps track and measure the quality of cleaning and maintenance efforts.
- By tracking and analyzing inspections, Smart Inspect helps improve the quality of cleaning and maintenance.

QA Scorecards
- Our scale-rated scoring system is an evaluation tool used by Division 5 - Grounds to consistently and measurably assess the appearance, maintenance, and quality of the Browns campus grounds across 13 zones. This system transforms subjective quality judgments into objective, quantifiable data.
