The delivery of these projects includes a significant amount of coordination and interaction between FM and University senior leadership, trustees, and key stakeholders, as well as external authorities and approving agencies. These components typically overlap or vary based on the project.

Category 4 projects involve simple upgrades or maintenance to University buildings or systems.
