  • Northbound sidewalk remains open
• Elbow Street northbound sidewalk closure
• Chestnut Street parking spots to be taken offline
• Elm Street parking spots to be taken offline

November 15, 16, 17 - Tower Crane

• Street closures on Chestnut Street and Elm Street for tower crane erection, 5:30 AM - 7:00 PM each day (pending approval)
• Streets will be closed with detours, flagmen, and police details as needed for the protection of the public
• Rain dates:  November 22, 23, 24
