• Elbow Street closed to pedestrians between Ship Street and Chestnut Street
• Elbow Street closed to vehicles Monday - Friday 7 AM to 3 PM between Ship Street and Chestnut Street

• Install bridge footing at Elbow Street

• Continue structural steel erection
• Install plate girder steel with separate crane (Gate C, intersection of Ship Street and Elbow Street)
• Install bridge footing at Elbow Street
• Install water line connection at Elbow Street

Week of April 23, 2025

• Continue structural steel erection
• Mobilize for demo of 70 Ship Street exterior for bridge tie-in
