The renovation of Keeney Quad, Brown’s primary first year residence hall, included paint, flooring, new lighting, and temperature control throughout the complex. In addition, the project added 2 new elevators, 3 magnet lounges on the top floors, renovations to the existing bathrooms, addition of single-use accessible bathrooms on every floor, and replacement of the existing oil-fired generator.
This project, in conjunction with the Miller, Metcalf, and Andrews project, transforms the first year residential experience at Brown.
